Internship Objective

Gain hands-on experience in supply chain innovation by analyzing current processes, gathering business requirements, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. The intern will develop and implement an AI-powered solution that addresses a real supply chain challenge, streamlines workflows, and delivers measurable business value. By the end of the internship, the intern will present the solution, outcomes, and impact to key stakeholders and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders across end-to-end processes to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather requirements through meetings with business users, stakeholders, and affected teams to define solution needs and priorities.
• Partner with IT and application teams to align on technical approaches and solution delivery strategies.
• Lead an AI-focused project from concept through implementation, delivering measurable business value and process improvements.
• Develop, test, and deploy tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
• Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training to drive successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a dynamic environment by supporting evolving projects and emerging business needs.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029 (rising junior or rising senior).
• Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Target majors: Supply Chain, Information Systems, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or AI solution development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and may change over time.
