Responsibilities vary by position and location but may include:

Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided where applicable)
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Inspect products for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Prior manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Maintenance, electrical, or technician experience for technical positions
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Experience working in a team-oriented production environment
