  • Drive preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and downtime reduction across the facility’s extrusion operations.
  • Help troubleshoot equipment issues, prioritize maintenance work and ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability as the operation prepares for additional manufacturing capacity.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing/production environment.
  • A leader who can coach, develop and hold maintenance technicians accountable while remaining comfortable working alongside the team on the floor.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with extrusion, plastics, continuous-process manufacturing or similar industrial equipment is highly desirable.
  • Strong safety mindset with experience around LOTO and energy-control procedures.
  • Ability to balance hands-on maintenance support with the planning, organization and administrative responsibilities of leading a maintenance team.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
