What You’ll Do:
The Sr. Applications Manager position will analyze engineering and business data to develop and implement standard, template-based solutions to complex applications problems and follow established governance on design principles, solution development, and deployment. Consult with management, including cross-functional work-stream leads, system integrators, and functional business leaders, and external suppliers to ensure agreement on system principles including, solution design deployment, and overall governance of the global solution. Develop and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards for the 5-year application roadmap and ensure it reflects the current and future business needs and is aligned with industry best practices. Perform system management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems and review workflow, and schedule limitations to drive completion of all deliverables of the global application plan. Develop and revise system design guidelines, principles, policies, quality standards, reference models, and best practices for all matters related to the application, business related processes, and solution integration. Expand system to serve new purposes, allowing minor configurations (as necessary for legal, regulatory requirements). Serve as project leader of technical design/solution for systems projects related to finance portfolio. Analyze information processing needs with business, IS stakeholders/leaders, and SMEs, and design computer systems using techniques such as structured analysis and data modeling to drive integration and eliminate gaps. Supervise team of experienced functional and technical analysts.
What You’ll Bring:
6 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) or related. Requires skills and experience to involve: Demonstrated IT project management experience; Extensive functional and applied knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), especially controlling module; Cross-functional experience between FICO and other areas, including either manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement; Experience working in highly matrixed environments managing global teams comprised of employees and system integrators; Demonstrated ability to lead culturally diverse teams, including offshore teams; Hands-on experience with SAP Design and Configuration; Experience working with Business, Solution Architect level experience in SAP FICO; Experience with agile, proto-typing and rapid development models; Excellent understanding of business functional areas and "end to end" global business processes & sub-processes, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay Processes; Ability to analyze business results and make recommendations. Employer will allow a hybrid work schedule.
What You’ll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $148,900 to $193,600. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
