The James Hardie ALLIANCE, formerly known as the Contractor Alliance Program, is a best-in-class manufacturing program aimed at boosting market share within the repair and remodel or R&R segment. The Pro-activation Specialist will be the human element behind the program to drive contractor engagement and conversion at scale. This position will partner with a broad cross-functional team including other segment leaders, marketing, sales and most importantly our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a primary central resource to guide contractors on their path with James Hardie, beginning with new contractor acquisition through to a verified Hardie influencer
- Interact with the contractor including calls, emails and texts. This may extend to social media interactions through JH social media channels
- Drive contractor engagement by providing information and tools needed to minimize and optimize in-person touchpoints with the field sales team
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce.com to log contractor engagements ensuring contractor conversation data and reporting is reliable
- Cooperate effectively with others on the Segments team and across departments to coordinate activities and accomplish goals
- Utilize Hardie Store to send contractors materials at prescribed points along a conversion path
- Provide qualitative feedback to the Sr. Manager of the R&R segment and the Contractor Enablement Specialist on ways the contractor path can be improved
- Reporting/dashboards- support reporting to prioritize outreach targets and measure effectiveness
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, administrative or account management
- Ability to build rapport on the phone, conduct simple analysis and drive results centrally
- The ability to stay highly organized and accountable to stated deliverables with attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects while being flexible to adapt to changes
- Process oriented- critical thinking to suggest and implement data driven process improvements
- Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well
- Proven project management experience in a cross-functional environment preferred
- Proficient use of Salesforce Technology preferred
- Business to business to business to consumer marketing experience and vendor management experience preferred
What You’ll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $54,700.00 to $68,400.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
