The Brand & Products Marketing Manager will be a key driver of product marketing initatives, focusing on the successful commercialization and lifecycle managment of new and existing products. This role will champion go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation to maximize product adoption and market share. The ideal candidate excels in translating market insights into actionable product messaging and launch plans, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 

 

What You’ll Do:

Product Marketing Leadership:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch execution, and optimization
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans based on customer segment needs, market data and research, and competitive analysis to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the internal expert on product features, benefits, and differentiation, enabling sales and channel teams with effective tools and training.
  • Accountable for leading planning and marketing execution of new product commercialization
  • Establish, build, and maintain relevant internal and external relationships, including internal cross functional teams and external vendor/agency partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (products, segments, sales, legal, creative, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful execution of product marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop compelling product launch campaigns and assets.
  • Contribute to brand stewardship for the business by enabling and implementing proper branding and tactics across a variety of brand touch points
  • Ensure product marketing efforts are consistent with overall brand strategy and standards.
  • Support brand evolution by integrating product marketing best practices across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of successful related business experience, preferably brand management or innovation related
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing / business models
  • Experience with brand management including activating on customer insights, stewarding brand standards and creative, and developing ongoing positioning and messaging with a growing brand portfolio
  • Experience manager variety of external/internal creative teams/agencies/vendors is preferred
  • Experience navigating uncharted territory, creating process or direction for new initatives not previously established

  • A curious-minded individual who learns and adapts quickly to new matters and dynamics, leaning in to ask the right questions and be able to understand what is needed to advance a project
  • Strong attention to detail and strong demonstrated project management experience
  • Thorough and thoughtful contributor who can manage careful execution and responsible, timely escalations if required
  • Experience managing reporting and using data to drive strategic plans based on insights and performance.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally.

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $122,400K to $153,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
