Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions from electronic and mechanical manuals.
  • Strong communication skills for individual and small group interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to climb one flight of stairs 10–20 times per day.

What You’ll Do:

Position Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including AC/DC motors, servomotors, instrumentation, pneumatic and hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance leadership and team members to review work requests and define job objectives.
  • Inspect production and support equipment to identify malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
  • Conduct electrical testing, adjustments, and calibration on process equipment and instrumentation.
  • Execute preventive maintenance as scheduled and initiate purchase requests for required parts and supplies.
  • Perform electrical installations and repairs as needed.
  • Provide electrical support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate written or electronic shift logs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and prioritize safety in every task.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing stairs while carrying equipment.
