As Plant Manager you will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line(s) in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production area(s) to meet safety, quality, and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product/technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Actively lead and support plant safety programs
  • Establish systems to ensure conformance of product to quality requirements that meet or exceed standards
  • Manage operations to meet product demand requirements, exceed machine design parameters, and facilitate product/technology development opportunities
  • Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectations and cost objectives
  • Create an environment that promotes empowerment and accountability at all levels of the organization

What You’ll Bring:  

  • A Bachelor’s Degree required, with preference given to a technical or engineering discipline (must be from accredited institution)
  • 10-15+ years of relevant management experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Prior profit/loss responsibilities and a demonstrated ability to identity costs, and what levers to pull to get results to the bottom line.
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
