What You’ll Do: 

 

As the Inventory Cycle Count Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of cycle counts. 

 

Daily tasks include (based on site):

  • Raw materials (Sheet Machine, Finishing, & Color Plus) cycle counts
  • Sheet machine WIP audits
  • FN (Finishing Line) production audits
  • FG (Finished Goods) warehouse inventory cycle counts
  • C+ WIP (ColorPlus Work in Process) warehouse inventory cycle counts
  • Post NPI (New Product Introduction) production run inventory audits

Monthly tasks include:

  • Confirm blocked/ Phold (Product Hold) inventory

Quarterly tasks include:

  • Review excess & obsolete inventory for disposal
  • Confirm status review of job pack inventory
  • Assist with audit of physical inventory and documentation of maintenance replacement parts as needed

Annual tasks include:

  • Full accessories physical inventory
  • Full-site physical inventory as needed

Ad hoc tasks:

  • Participate in warehouse organization activities and projects
  • Act as shipping dispatch backup and operator backup
  • Assist with storeroom inventory

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing plant preferred
  • Good math skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good decision-making ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
