.Net Developer

HYBRID (WORK / HOME OFFICE)

 

The .Net Developer will be responsible for writing and modifying code to build application and sites based on requirements and assessment of the needs of the customer and recommended solutions.  This position thoroughly tests all functionality of the solution prior to delivery to the customer.  The .Net Developer will provide ongoing support and will work to fix issues as they arise.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework using clean, efficient scalable close
  • Collaborate with teams and leaders to identify end-user requirements and specifications to build the most appropriate solutions
  • Create applications from scratch, configure existing systems, and provide user support
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software
  • Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
  • Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
  • Create, test, and deploy programs and applications
  • Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance
  • Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle to guide future software development projects
  • Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
  • Coordinate with other software professionals and developers on larger projects and other requirements
  • Challenge current state and influence strategic change

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, MVC, JQuery, API and REST services
  • Experience developing apps in PowerApps Platform and designing, creating and deploying custom connectors required
  • Minimum of two years of project management experience required
