Remote from your home office in Tri City Area
As the Field Marketing Specialist your primary responsibility is to create demand and help leverage wins in the market place, whether it’s with contractors, builders and customers. In this role you will help grow the market and create visibility to James Hardie activities and drive conversions to create pressure for others (other contractors or builders) to commit and join the James Hardie network. You will also execute marketing activities through effective organization, communication, local activation and event management in support of our sales goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Developing and executing internal communications that ensure we’re extracting as much value as possible out of current marketing content and tools
- Being the voice of the customer and field sales team in identifying new solutions—or the need to optimize current solutions—to help drive enablement against identified business and marketing game plans
- Creation of new marketing tools to drive the business—intended for customers and end users and those intended to drive enablement of internal sales team
- Partner with Marketing Manager and Brand Team to execute strategic email communications to the trade
- High degree of communication and partnership with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Manage local trade activations and events

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred (Must be from an accredited institution)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a marketing environment; with a specific focus on B2B marketing, project management, written communications, and documentation management are highly desirable
- Must be able to create, execute and manage multiple project plans at one time
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
- Proven ability to effectively navigate through ambiguous situations
- Able to manage and motivate people through influence, this person is able to build strong relationships with a wide range of people
