The Sr. Applications Manager - Global SAP SCM will lead the integration of global SAP functional and technical solutions for end-to-end processes within Supply Chain and Order to Cash Systems. This role involves the implementation and ongoing management of James Hardie Corporate SAP and regional manufacturing SAP systems.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the successful implementation of the global template technical solution, ensuring full value realization across Supply Chain, Order to Cash, and related processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional work-stream leads, System Integrators, external suppliers, and James Hardie business leaders to drive solution design, deployment, and governance.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for SAP Corporate and regional SAP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-year application roadmap for Supply Chain & Order to Cash functions, aligning with industry best practices and SAP solution roadmap.
  • Create and manage the global SAP Supply Chain and OTC solution plan, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines, principles, policies, standards, and best practices for SAP/ERP processes and solution integration.
  • Enforce governance standards and manage customizations and deviations, promoting harmonized industry-best practices.
  • Partner with global business work stream leads to serve as the custodian of the supply chain & OTC solution template.
  • Lead the development of technical designs for global projects, facilitating design sessions to drive integration and eliminate gaps.
  • Maintain a repository of processes and solution documentation, ensuring clarity and currency of the global solution.
  • Maintain a solution guide detailing supported languages, currencies, and other rules, updating it as business requirements evolve.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to James Hardie software development methodology and SOX requirements.
  • Collaborate with workstreams and project team members to resolve conflicts and issues.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of experienced functional and technical analysts.

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 8+ years proven experience in SAP Supply Chain and Order to Cash systems.
  • Experience leading the implementation of the global Supply Chain, Order to Cash, and related processes
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
