Summary

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic partner with the broader marketing team to drive the evolution and execution of brand strategy across several avenues. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this leader will orchestrate initiatives that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable impact across both B2C and B2B landscapes. With proven expertise spanning brand strategy, creative development and production, integrated content planning, PR and influencer engagement, agency management, and experiential marketing, the Senior Manager will translate insights into bold, differentiated brand opportunities and creative decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead brand strategy and creative development to strengthen equity and differentiation.
  • Drive unified content strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Evolve and institutionalize the James Hardie brand, building scalable tools and frameworks.
  • Monitor trends and insights, provide insights for consumer, trade and market audiences.
  • Develop briefs and assess creative proposals across media, PR, social, and influencer content.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence across executives, teams and partners.
  • Identify innovative brand-building opportunities beyond core business scope.
  • Ensure brand guideline adoption and manage IP with Legal.
  • Align branding across channels and projects for cohesive storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support marketing tool creation and distribution including copywriting.
  • Provide proactive project leadership to drive clarity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to budgeting and resource allocation to optimize ROI.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor degree required. Master degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing commercialization.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-channel brand projects with measurable KPIs.
  • Skilled in creative development and production across traditional and digital media.
  • Experience creating content strategies and social media plans for diverse audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of branding principles, including hierarchy, guidelines, and agency management.
  • Familiarity with research planning and execution across multiple methodologies.
  • Insightful storytelling: Translate analytics and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent listening, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong leadership presence; adept at managing meetings and fostering relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to align diverse perspectives, drive collaboration, and meet objectives.
  • Skilled in presentation development, negotiation, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity during growth and change.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented with high-quality execution.
  • Operates effectively at both strategic and executional levels, individually and as a team contributor.

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $127,000 to $164,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
