Summary

The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations & Corporate Development plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term value creation to external and internal stakeholders. This role partners closely with senior leadership across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Executive Management, combining deep financial analysis, capital markets expertise, and transaction-oriented strategic thinking.

The position is ideal for a high-performing analyst with experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance who is looking to broaden into corporate development and strategic initiatives while remaining deeply embedded in external investor engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Investor Relations & Capital Markets Communications

  • Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, earnings scripts, investor presentations, and detailed Q&A support
  • Develop and refine core investor messaging in partnership with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Communications teams
  • Support guidance formulation, scenario analysis, and messaging alignment
  • Maintain earnings calendars, disclosure timelines, and internal review processes
  • Ensure consistency between external investor messaging and internal strategic priorities

Financial Analysis, Modeling & Valuation

  • Own and maintain internal IR and strategic financial models, including long-range operating models, consensus tracking, and sensitivity analyses
  • Analyze quarterly and annual performance, key drivers, segment results, and return metrics
  • Evaluate valuation, capital structure, and capital allocation frameworks relative to peers
  • Support analyses related to equity, debt, and hybrid capital markets activity

Corporate Development & Strategic Transactions

  • Support evaluation and execution of M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments
  • Build and analyze transaction models, including valuation, accretion/dilution, synergies, and financing structures
  • Assist with target screening, market mapping, and strategic fit assessments aligned with long-term growth priorities
  • Coordinate diligence efforts across internal functions and external advisors
  • Support preparation of investment committee materials, board presentations, and transaction-related communications

Investor, Analyst & External Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare senior executives for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and non-deal meetings
  • Serve as a point of contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors on routine matters
  • Track investor feedback, key themes, and perception trends; synthesize insights for leadership
  • Maintain shareholder analysis, targeting strategies, and engagement plans
  • Support investor communications related to strategic transactions and capital markets activity

Market Intelligence, Benchmarking & Strategy Support

  • Monitor peer earnings, estimates, valuation multiples, M&A activity, and strategic actions
  • Track industry trends, macroeconomic developments, and investor positioning
  • Support competitive benchmarking, investor perception studies, and strategic assessments
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives, including Investor Day preparation

Governance, Disclosure & Compliance

  • Ensure external communications comply with Reg FD and public company disclosure requirements
  • Coordinate preparation and review of IR-related filings and public disclosures
  • Own and maintain IR website content and supporting materials
  • Partner with Legal on disclosure controls, transaction-related disclosures, and best practices

Leadership & Special Projects

  • Mentor junior team members and support development of IR and corporate development processes and tools
  • Support ESG, sustainability, and other strategic disclosures as applicable
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic and analytical projects as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, FP&A, corporate development, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and strategic topics clearly and effectively
  • High degree of professionalism, judgment, discretion, and executive presence

Preferred

  • CFA designation or progress toward CFA
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions or strategic investments
  • Experience supporting earnings, guidance, and investor interactions
  • Familiarity with public company disclosure and governance requirements
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
