Experience: 5 years of experience in SAP MM/PP implementation and production support or related. Requires skills and experience to involve: 5+ years of SAP Functional extensive experience in SAP PP, MM in the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process, including, but not limited to, Production Planning, and Procure to Pay.High-level of experience designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM), covering business processes across supply chain planning and execution. Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management including material flow, information flow and financial flow. Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of PP functionalities: Master Data (Materials, BOMs, Resources and Production Versions), MRP, Work centers, Routing, Production Order types. Experience configuring the shop floor activities including creation of orders, conversion of planned orders, printing of shop papers, goods movements, order confirmations and availability check. Experience in MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order), Make-to-Order for Configurable Material, Stock Requirement/ MRP Lists, and variant configuration processes. Experience configuring material requirements planning processes, production orders, process orders, classification, batch management, serial number, and order confirmation. Experience configuring PR, PO, Goods Receipts, and Invoice verification with MM module. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions. Knowledge or experience with technical development objects and understand how they interact with SAP (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, and Forms).
Job duties: The Senior Business System Analyst position will be responsible for working with technical development objects and understand how they interact with SAP (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, and Forms). Document critical changes, train client team about new system functionality, and test the integration of the Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) module. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Coordinate with technical consultants (ABAP consultants) and to provide functional specifications for customizing reports, build programs according to the business requirements using SAP best practices. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Responsible for configuring SAP in MM/PP to accommodate design requirements including procurement and manufacturing processes. Responsible for all aspects of project work: requirement gathering, design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, data conversion/migration, and end user support and training. Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs. Utilize cross functional knowledge with integration of Quality Management (QM) with Production Planning (PP), Material Management and Warehouse Management functionalities.
