As a member of the Sales Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, the Sales Operations Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting sales incentive program management, KPI reporting, and strategic initiative execution for sales. The Sales Operations Business Analyst will collaborate with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to improve sales operation processes and the efficiency of the sales department, supporting the organization’s key strategic initiatives and driving change.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Incentive Program Processing
- Manage and process sales incentive program accurately and timely
- Audit and create territory alignment, sales goals, and statements for review
- Ensure compliance with incentive program rules and facilitate discrepancy resolution
- Collaborate with finance and HR team to streamline sales incentive program workflows
- Reports & Dashboards
- Design reports and dashboards that contain key sales incentive metrics to be reviewed with senior management
- Monitor reporting usage in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage their business
- Provide insights and analysis to support sales strategies and decision-making
- Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Manage and evaluate sales support tools to ensure the business is maximizing capabilities and driving efficiencies
- Partner with the training team to ensure the sales team is properly trained on key tools and technology
- Project Support
- Partner with functional leaders, business units, and subject matter experts to ensure success of key project and initiatives

What You’ll Bring:
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, must be from an accredited institution
- 5+ Years of experience within Sales Operation or Effectiveness Organization
- 2+ Years of experience managing or providing support for sales incentive plan
- Excel Power Query and Power Pivot experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with sales reporting and dashboards within Salesforce or other software
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Microsoft Suite proficiency required
- Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced Excel functions (power query, advanced formulas, etc.) with large datasets
- In depth working experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software and an understanding of SQL to retrieve queries.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate in group settings and on one-one basis. Ability to convey results in a clear and concise manner to senior business leaders.
- Organizational skills: it is expected that the Sales Ops Business Analyst will handle multiple tasks and deal with several stakeholders, therefor it is important to be highly organized and detail oriented and know how to effectively manage uncertain situations.
- Collecting and analyzing data to improve business processes and/or identifying opportunities.
- Problem solving skills: must be creative with the ability to develop new ideas and solutions. Demonstrate problem solving and operational excellence.
- Self-starter who can focus on achieving a set goal with limited supervision.
