What You’ll Do:
The Project Manager - Sales Operations works within the Commercial Operations Project Management Organization, leading a wide variety of short-medium term projects driving core business strategies. The types of projects will include, but are not limited to; market research, product rationalization launches, program development, in-market strategy implementation, internal cost controls and supply chain optimization.
The role also works cross-functionally with Segment Management, Sales Organization, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, etc. to organize resources (people, time, finances) in line with the customer’s expectations and JH business objectives and desired outcomes. The Project Manager should expect to work with, and hold accountable, all levels of the organization. The role will also interact with external stakeholders such as customers, builders, contractors, and suppliers.
Performance in this role will primarily be measured in how efficient and effective projects are planned, developed and implemented. The Project Manager also has a responsibility to develop scorecards and dashboards to continuously evaluate their projects. Once on-boarded, candidates should expect to manage 2-3 ‘core’ projects at any one time with 20% of their time spent on smaller projects or ad-hoc analysis & reporting. As core projects are completed, new projects will be added to the mix based on business need. The length of any given project is not certain but will generally fall into the 2-6 month range. Travel requirements will vary by project, but candidates should be able and willing to accommodate travel up to 25% of their time.

What You’ll Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field (PMP helpful, but not required) and bring 2+ years experience leading complex projects through to completion OR, 4+ year of proven project management experience with demonstrated capability in leading complex projects through to completion.
