The Manager, Organization Design & Change Management is responsible for managing organization design, change management and workforce planning efforts to support business priorities. The manager will provide subject matter expertise to HRBPs and business leaders through partnership on human capital initiatives. They will deliver transformational organization design, change management, and strategic workforce planning projects to enable success through strategic leadership with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization.

 

What you'll do:

  • Act as subject matter expert to HRBP’s driving organizational design and change at the business level.
  • Identify frameworks and best practices for organizational design, change management, and workforce planning; implement consistent practices across organization.
  • Perform regular organizational analytics on organizational health to bring robust insights to leaders and HRBP’s to develop a strategic roadmap to meet the business objectives.
  • Conduct analysis to determine priorities and deliver against change management needs through partnership with global transformation management office (GTMO) and HRBP’s.  
  • Utilize organization design methodology to partner on org design efforts across the organization including  strategy, structure, talent selection, transition delivery and coaching.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic workforce planning processes for the enterprise.
  • Perform vendor needs assessment and selection as required.
  • Research trends and innovations to provide strategic thought leadership on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning topics.

 

What You’ll Bring:  

The ideal candidate will have these:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in human resources preferred (must be from an accredited institution)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably within organization design and effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritize and push back where required
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility at all levels within the organization and influence senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen
