As the HR Shared Services Analyst, you will serve as the front-line administrator of the data processing function for the HR People Solutions department, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HR data in SAP SuccessFactors and UKG. In addition, you will be responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, general maintenance of HR Data, preparing ad-hoc/scheduled reports, and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

 

What You’ll Do: 

 

Production Support

  • Manage large sets of data and ensure its accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Initiates and develops the implementation of internal and external procedures for improving manual and automated processing of data.
  • Audits data entry in SuccessFactors on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensures highest level of accuracy for data entered into SuccessFactors and UKG.
  • Acts as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the SuccessFactors database, executes approved corrections, and escalates when necessary.
  • Assists with support of all aspects of HR as it related to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, ad-hoc reports, and technical support.
  • Assists HRIS with mass data loads ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Adheres to organizational and department-specific confidentiality requirements, values, and standards.
  • Ensure that all People Solutions Support SLAs and metrics are adhered to.

  

Continuous Improvement

Works closely with the HRIS team to recommend functionalities and business process changes based on knowledge of HR applications and best practices by:

    • Researching and identifying appropriate HR solutions to optimize and increase adoption.
    • Using past experiences and knowledge of HR system implementations to support processes and design to improve current practices.
    • Collaborating with Business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver new business process and or system functionality
  • Assisting users in determining the best methods for data reporting and analytics

What You’ll Bring: 

 

  • Five (5) years of experience managing and analyzing HR data, including high-volume data processing and auditing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience working with data in SAP SuccessFactors and its modules
  • Experience working with UKG
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an expert level is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
