Hybrid from our downtown Chicago office / your home office 

As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for providing quantitative data analysis of company segment pricing and forecasting multifamily pricing, while seeking to determine profitable pricing opportunities and help shape pricing strategy. You will provide thorough analytical breakdowns of segments and multifamily pricing structures, and sales funnels identifying strategies and opportunities to drive profitability. As the finance Analyst you will create reporting to evaluate segment profitability and provide business insights.  You will partner with the multifamily pricing desk and sales reps on all escalations, approvals, and research needs to ensure timely quotes and contracts are delivered to our customers.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Creation of all reporting to provide insights on volume, shipments and quotes vs. contracts
  • Execution and delivery of all multifamily analytics in partnership with finance manager to drive strategic business decisions
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating forecasting templates (shipment, volume, revenue, open order tracking)
  • Leader of KPI reporting to the field and dashboard enhancements including ad hoc field data requests
  • Liaison for the MF pricing desk for all quote and contract exception support
  • Forecasting and performing analysis of multifamily gross and net price

What You’ll Bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or related discipline or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two years of pricing, analysis, or finance experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Business Objects, Tableau, or other business intelligence software along with a major ERP
