Experience: 4 years of experience in Data Architecture or related. Requires skills and experience to involve: 2 years of experience in a Senior or Lead IT role; Strong SQL coding skills for data analysis and testing; Deep understanding of and experience with implementing multiple design patterns for integrations in batch and real-time methods; Demonstrated ability to apply correct architecture pattern/design to the appropriate business need; Deep understanding of full life cycle development methodology; Demonstrated knowledge of Data Strategy and Data Migration and Execution for the Cloud using Azure and SnowFlake; and Extensive knowledge of APIs, protocols and communication methods related to application integration.
Job duties: The Enterprise Data Architect position will be responsible for the execution of the Integration Strategy within the company. Work closely with Business Analysts and end users to design, develop, test and implement interfaces to/from various Enterprise Systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to effectively meet business requirements. Collaborate with system architects, software architects, design analysts, and others to understand business or industry requirements. Develop and support an Informatica cloud environment utilizing IICS and assisting with the future architecture of Integrations. Design databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Provide business as usual (BAU) support for the existing environment by developing new programs and enhancements to support existing business requirements. Develop methods for integrating different products so they work properly together. Lead or participate in gathering business and integration requirements. Search out opportunities to improve business efficiency and automation utilizing integration tools and strategies. Participate in creation and execution of the Integration strategy globally. Understand the transformation design needs for a specific set of data.
