Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation efforts that maximize product adoption and market share for TimberTech and StruXure Brands. This role thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating market insights into actionable plans in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in the commercialization and lifecycle management of products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
· Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new products, ensuring seamless commercialization and optimization.
· Product Marketing Plans: Execute data-driven strategies based on customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis to drive adoption and revenue growth.
· Internal Product Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on product features, benefits, and differentiation, equipping sales and channel teams with effective tools, content, and training.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, brand, sales, creative, legal) and external agencies to align storytelling, campaigns, and product marketing initiatives.
· Brand Stewardship: Ensure all product marketing efforts align with TimberTech and StruXure brand strategy and standards, contributing to brand evolution across touchpoints like packaging and samples.
· Campaign Development: Collaborate to create compelling product launch campaigns and marketing assets.
· Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics, competitive insights, and customer feedback to refine positioning and improve marketing effectiveness.
· Strategic Integration: Work with Brand and Demand Generation teams to incorporate product priorities into broader marketing initiatives.
· Project Management: Lead key initiatives and projects to improve business performance and achieve strategic goals.

· Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and/or channel management. Experience in construction or building products is required; tool experience or a construction background.
· Proven success in both B2C and B2B marketing models.
· Skills & Expertise:
· Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
· Experience working with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and vendors.
· Ability to analyze business and market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
· Strong communication skills, including the ability to assess customer needs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally.

What You’ll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $85,000K-$100,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits.
