As the Associate Marketing Manager - Media, you will play a key individual controbutor role in supporting an effective consumer paid media strategy, assisting in successful campaign launches and ensuring ongoing effectiveness in our media mix to drive efficient demand generation. The ideal candidate must have experience in cross-channel paid media strategy and campaign management.  This role will report to and support the Senior Marketing Manager – Media, in managing a successful consumer-focused cross-channel media campaign focused on driving demand. This person will also partner with marketing and business stakeholders to extract the most value from long-term media partnerships.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support for, in collaboration with key stakeholders, an effective consumer paid media strategy that drives brand awareness and results in lead generation
  • Ensure key deliverables for successful campaign management are met
  • Support campaign performance reporting and distribution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to oversee implementation of media planning and tracking
  • Support all tactics associated with integrated media partnerships, including event, content creation, and experiential activations
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant media and industry outlets
  • Assist in evaluating media opportunities

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
  • In House Agency experience or working with Agencies strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-channel paid consumer media campaigns, 360 degree marketing / media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with advertising channels: SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, TV etc.
  • Understanding/experience with performance analytics & reporting, budget management, segments strategy and lead management 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Ability to convey complex information in visually-engaging presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills
  • Minimum of 3 days office presence per week for Chicago, IL location
