What You'll Do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributes to strategy and creative input for the segment marketing team.
- Participates in budgeting management and project prioritization.
- Participate as cross functional member on product development and other key initiatives
- Establish, build, and maintain relevant internal and external relationships, including internal cross functional teams.
- Work with Brand team to determine appropriate creative channels in order to maximize commercial effectiveness and drive sales.
- Track the measurement and optimization of all commercialization efforts.
- Estimated allocation of time 30% assisting in marketing segment strategy development, 70% tactical program specific contribution.

Skills:
- Working knowledge of a marketing commercialization process.
- Experience in thinking through business problems.
- Strong cross-functional team skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Experienced project manager with strong organization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize these needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills that can be leveraged to successfully build relationships both internally and externally.
- High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor.
- Base understanding of digital strategy and lead generation tactics.
- Ability to balance data with intuition to drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred), 3-5+ years of successful related business experience, preferably marketing and/or branding related.
